Summary: Do not store value statistics for large TEXT value

In some scenarios, users will store some large TEXT values in IoTDB. However,
we will store first_value, last_value in statistics, this will enlarge the disk
occupation.
To save disk space, we could avoid storing statistics for large TEXT values.
