We have a rendering problem for
[https://github.com/apache/ofbiz-framework/blob/trunk/docs/asciidoc/developer-manual.adoc].

With a lot of
bq. Unresolved directive in developer-manual.adoc
I'll create a Jira for that.
Note that it's correct at
https://nightlies.apache.org/ofbiz/stable/ofbiz/html5/developer-manual.html
R22.01 is also affected but as we plan to rather create a R24.xx I'll not
handle it there.
I'll also remove the deprecated HTML files at
https://nightlies.apache.org/ofbiz/trunk/ofbiz/
