@kezhenxu94 `eclipse-temurin` is `adoptopenjdk`(https://adoptopenjdk.net/).
I am thinking about whether we should adopt the latest temurin release. WDYT?

As adoptopenjdk has moved into Eclipse foundation, the latest image
including 17 has been hosted
