   The number format exception is raised in `NotifyHandler#notify` when do 
service ID analysis.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   No exception
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   After events reported in instance and endpoint entities levels.
   
   ### Anything else
   
   The event as a source should not cover multiple entities.  We should create 
different entity level event sources for various cases.
