I can't trigger this with usecase XY - so i don't know if its fixed - i did
only report it that it did happening, maybe you can tell me from the traces how

AFAIK the whole issue is that nouveau does have 1:1 relation between screen and
a context.
For a number of reasons we would like support for multiple contexts per screen,
