I fixed the issue. Nothing to do with NOX, my machine was just set-up
incorrectly. Just for the benefit of anyone in the future. If you are using

Yes problem has been resolved. I installed the xerces manually after giving
that path of lib and xerces library during configuration it does not give
the undefined reference error.
