[nox-dev] python version of routeinstaller module

Hi, I am running nox destiny. I found a module declared with name "python routeinstaller" inside netapps/route/meta.json with "pyrouteinstaller" listed as the dependency. I tried running nox with the "python routeinstaller with this command: ./nox_core -i ptcp:6633 -v -v "python routeinstaller"
