Thank you for answering Rob; You don't give me good news :) I suppose that I have to estimate the switch-controller delay. My first idea is to ping switches from the controller and make my estimation...unless there is some NOX built-in function to estimate such delay. Any suggestions? 2011/6/1 R

Hi guys, I'm writing a NOX based application for estimating the end-to-end delay in an OpenFlow network. The first solution that I can imagine is to setup the first and last OF switches along the path for a flow with a couple of actions: 1) Send the packet for this flow to the designed next hop 2
