[ns] two gcc versions to intall two ns-2 version on cygwin

Hi, I've installed ns-allinone-2.30 on winxp.Now I have to install another ns-2 version:ns-allinone-2.1b9a-gcc32 on it.However there comes a problem:my current gcc version is 3.4.4,while to install ns-allinone-2.1b9a-gcc32 the gcc version should stick to 3.2. Can two different version of gcc

I'm working on a scheduling algorithm to be implemented over networks which can transmit data to multiple users simultaneously. Thus requires the network to allow multiplexing of users in a single TTI. But unfortunately, I have not found such a kind of open source yet. Could you please tell me
