[ns] scripts for TDMA and MF-TDMA in NS-2

Re: [ns] ns-2.29 installation problems

I downloaded required files for installation, but as written in the instruction for installation ./configure command doesn't work. It gives nex= t message: :bad interpreter: No such file or directory -- with best regards, Nurzat
