Hello everyone, I am just trying to use the Data Throughput as an handover trigger on NS2. I made the test on real time and I am trying to simulate the scenario on NS2. I want to set the Data Throughput ( Data Rate ) like ( 1 ,2 , 3, ...) second by second. Is there any code or any documentation
