I don't know the current ns-2 status. Moreover, in ns-3 both LTE and WiMAX
module have been developed. At the present there are not HO procedure
available.

after approximately 25 second ones, the system jams. on what it can depend?
It probably can be legacy to RAM of small dimensions?

I used Propagation/Shadowing seed 0.
I expect different received power across different simulation run.
But always I get the same value, why?

It sounds that the variable bandiwidth_ of Phy/WirelessPhy is never
used. Why and why not?
