What am I missing from the ns2 source that imported the class definitions
into the Tcl interpreter? Is there a scoping difference between
Tcl::evalc() and Tcl_Eval()?

I want to keep and install both ns-2.33(latest) and ns-2.1b6(old) in my vista
machine under cygwin. Is it possible?? Will this make any malfunctioning to any
of the ns-2 packages??
