[ns] About BE scheduler evaluation

I am working on ns2.31 patched with NIST wimax add-on. It has an example file, test-be.tcl to evaluate BE scheduler. But, I didn't find any instruction to invoke the scheduler in that tcl file. Are the schedulers automatically created when BS and MS are created ? Also, while running test-be.tcl
