After making apt changes to the apt ns directory (~ns2/Noah, ~ns2/tcl/mobility, ~ns2/tcl/lib), I tried recompiling (./configure, & make)ns but each time it gets to creatin autoconf.h (just before creating indep-utils/setdest/Makefile) it breaks down and says autoconfig.h is unchanged. I need help from someone that has successfully patched the NOAH or other NS2 extension.
