I have Mac OS X 10.6 and port otcl errors.
I tried with ns-allinone-2.34 using the install file that you provided
Only change 2 lines.
From
NSVER=2.33
NAMVER=1.13
to
NSVER=2.34
NAMVER=1.14
.
Then, "Ns-allinone package has been installed successfully." is appeared.

I am trying to install the all in one NS2 package on Mac OSX 10.6 and
the otcl-1.13 will not install. I can get it to compile by adding the
following configuration line to the install script:
./configure --x-libraries=/usr/X11/lib --x-includes=/usr/X11/include
However, the linker fails,
