>Hi, >I've used a H.263 video trace for ns-2 by Frank H.P. Fitzek and Martin Reis= >slein >(http://www.tkn.tu-berlin.de/research/trace/trace.html) with success, they >provide the sample TCL script for ns-2 to read H.263 video trace file. >The problem is I don't know how to change the TCL script >so that it can read the MPEG4 video trace file as input for ns-2. >Does anybody know how to modify the TCL script, please let me know. >Your help is very much appreciated, thank you. The original video_trace.tcl failed to run in my ns2.31.... Try change the file name(Verbose_Jurassic_16.dat) in the command line "set original_file_name Verbose_Jurassic_16.dat" to the MPEG4 trace file found from that webpage....maybe it works.... If not, mybe you should check at the ns contributed code website (http://nsnam.isi.edu/nsnam/index.php/Contributed_Code) for the MPEG4 video traffic generator... Lukman
