I know it's not RFC-compliant but I think it would be better if the
"Reply-to" field of the mailing list is set to ns-users@ISI.EDU instead
of the sender's address.
I think we would avoid *lots* of duplicate question if the answer is
posted directly to the list, so that a future search will report the
