I had to spend some time again tonight cleaning out vandalism on the ns-3 wiki, so I elected to close off the ability for anonymous account creation. New wiki contributors have to now request an account by email, instead of auto-generating them.
If anyone wants to keep the ns-3 wiki fully open to account creation without the email step, and is willing to clean out the resulting spam, let me know and we can revert the policy (Claus Christmann is doing that now for ns-2's wiki). Tom
