   Sorry to return to this folks but Paul's words are worthy of scrutiny.

   The repertoire this song comes from is not the traditional one Paul
   would have us believe. It is a piece of Victoriana (words/music by
   Kickham/Walton). The version in the link didn't butter my parsnip
   either but The Northumbrian version, which turns it from waltz time to
   4/4 and includes some rather giveaway C#s, does little to further its
   traditional credentials.

   To say the piece is sean nA^3s is like saying The Blaydon Races is a
   Border Ballad.
