If your question is of interest to others as well, please
Hans,
I’m afraid that links with "focus=standard" are broken after beta from
2018.04.13 14:53.
\setupinteraction[state=start, focus=standard]

I think that all links that worked fine
Working with TOC layout and the "new" manual. The default layout
leaves a blank line between section entries. I want to reduce this to
zero. I tried this:
\setuplist[section]
[alternative=a,before=,after=,distance=1pt]
\completecontent
but this didn't remove the extra space. H
s. Why? How can I make it appear in the Contents?
You have to redefine the \completecontent command to include
“backmatterchapter” in the list of headings.
\definecombinedlist[content][part,chapter,backmatterchapter,section,subs
=Name Index]
\setupheadtext[indexsubject=Subject Index]
\starttext
\completecontent
\chapter{Chapter}text\indexname{primary}\indexsubject{primary}
\startbackmatter
\completeindexname
\completeindexsubject
\stopbackmatter
\stoptext
Is it necessary to switch something else on?
Thanks, Jan

Hans,
just accidentally, I discovered that adding a head (the content list
itself) before the front matter disorders PDF bookmarks (bodymatter is
before frontmatter).
Here is a sample
\setupinteraction[state=start]
\placebookmarks[chapter,section]
\starttext
\completecontent
Waarom werkt \this niet onder ConTeXt??
In de file staat:
\setupoutput[pdftex]
\setupcolors[state=start]
\setupinteraction

colorlinks]
