Hi all,
I have a document in Dutch (\mainlanguage[nl]) in which I quote Turkish
items, which I want to collect in a separate index, like this:
"Enkele voorbeelden zijn: \quote{oudere zus} \turkish{abla},
\quote{jongere broer of zus} \turkish{karde\c{s}}, de \quote{zus van
vader} (\quote{tante}
I felt a little bad about asking everyone else to do my work for me, so I did take a stab at solving my footnote line-break issue :). I came up with something that seems to work, but I'm not sure it is the simplest or best way to do it. Basically, I used something from your last post (the \specialc

Hans,
In deze release is de definitie van \czsortdivisionch verwijderd,
maar die zie ik nog wel een keer in sort definitielijst gebruikt
worden. Ik neem aan dat dat niet goed is?

Hi again
Font problem solved, it seems! Thank you to everbody again for the kind
help.
Just for the record, here is the solution; it looks like the path in the
i-installer distribution is wrong.

Hi all,
I just made on my linux-gentoo box a fresh install using (exactly)
this howto:
http://wiki.contextgarden.net/TeTeX_3.0_installation
But using "texmfstart texexec toto" gives "texmfstart not found"; I tried
with the full path of texmfstart.rb and get "permission denied"; so I go
into the
Short answer: run the command kpsewhich texmf.cnf The file referenced
by this command is the one you need to modify.
Longer answer: you could have figured that out yourself by reading /
usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.gwtex/README.howtexfindsfiles.txt
If all else fails, read the documentation.

When trying out XeTeX following
http://wiki.contextgarden.net/XeTeX
I got this (I have a full teTeX installation + ConTeXt, etc. with
i-installer on a Mac OS X 10.3.9 is from yesterday.):
-- Command with output --
UMac:~/Projekte/ConTeXt/ uma$ texexec --xtx main.tex

Hi!
New day, new try (see below the quotation)...
