[NTG-context] definerule missing in mkiv

Hello! \definerule seems to be only supported in ConTeXt mkii but not in ConTeXt mkiv. Is there a reason for this? Would anyone mind porting it to mkiv since this seems to be the standard now? Thanks for any help. Christoph

I think there is a bug in the (latest) beta that was not there earlier this year. In particular, it worked (and still works) in the version current version: 2014.03.19 23:11 but it show *no* line numbers at all in the (latest) beta: current version: 2014.07.30 10:31 A minimal example

I have a standard structure using \startfrontmatter\stopfrontmatter Part of the front matter is the table of contents, but (as with every chapter in my book) the RHS is where the chapter starts, but on the opposing page LHS there is something too (mostly a quote or so). This is done with
