I have the following sample:
\setupinteraction[state=start, page=name, focus=standard]
\starttext
a\footnote{b}
\stoptext
In \setupinteraction, "focus=standard" is ignored when I use "page=name".
I mean, link destinations are to the full page and they alter the page
view
