I am trying to make an e-book with ConTeXt. The word e-book is used in this e-book. ;-} Sometimes e- comes on the end of the line and book at the beginning of the next. Is there a way to circumvent this? I could ofcourse change all occurences with \hbox{e-book} (and the same for e-mail, ...), but
