[NTG-context] disabling ligatures w/ simplefont

Hi, I'm trying to change my monospace font with the simplefonts module. It's working, but I'm getting TeX ligatures, namely, -- is being transformed to – and --- to —. I like having this behavior in the body text, but for the code samples it's not acceptable. The default font doesn't do this,
