what's the equivalent of the \usepackage{fullpage} for ConTeXt?

it would be convenient if LuaTeX supported typescripts like XeTeX does
instead of having to define font synonyms, e.g.,
\definetypeface[mainface][rm][Xserif][Warnock Pro]
\definetypeface[mainface][ss][Xsans][Cronos
