Now that the user manual is being revised, it would be an excellent
opportunity to publish the manual(s) also in ePub.
I'd be really happy to see them in that format, so I can read then on my eBook
reader in its neat reflowing glory.

- all -> mkii and mkiv
- mkii -> written with mkii in mind, so not always optimal for mkiv
- mkiv -> written with mkiv in mind, so mostly not optimal for mkii
- obsolete -> (partially) obsolete or in need of an update
