Hello, I have some questions concerning pdfTeX, the following example illustrates the problems:
\setupoutput[pdftex]
\enableregime[il1]
\pdfinfo{ /Title (\"Ubung) /Author (Münster) } % neither \"U nor ü work
\pdfcatalog{ /PageMode /FullScreen } % this works well
\pdfdest num 1 fitbh % I would like to get the same result as in LaTeX with
% \hypersetup{pdfstartview={FitBH}}
\starttext
some text
\externalfigure[example][width=5cm]
some text, jpeg-figure is shifted down and to the left.
The file example.jpg is attached.
The versions:
pdfeTeX, Version 3.14159-1.10b-2.1 (Web2C 7.4.5)
ConTeXt ver: 2004.3.16 fmt: 2004.5.18 int: english mes: english
