[NTG-context] some (older) problems

Hi, on 2009-06-18 there was a mail on the list with a collection of mkIV problems, a big part related to references and captions. (original text below) I just did a quick re-check with the actual minimals and lua, with the following result: Problems 2), 3) and b) are gone, problems 1), 4), 5
