I have Domain controller with active directory. This is the only Dc in
this domain. I can not open Add Remove programme dialog box from control
panel. Any clue to resolve this?

connection on Windows 2000 server and Professional. Connection is established
but when I double click the computer Icon
an error message come that this computer is not running Log on service. What
