do u have replication traffic on the same switch as the rest of your net? on
a different vlan? does anyone have any issues with DoubleTake and failing
over network services, ie. dhcp, dns, wins, Active Directory? any issues
with DoubleTake and File and Print?

not only is it possible but easy. if your router has multiple public ip
addresses then do a one to one nat for the second server with one of the
unused addresses. make sure to add the appropriate rules on the sonicwall to
allow smtp and pop.
