I recently formatted one of our servers and reinstalled Windows 2000,
SP2, and applied the security patch to protect against code red. My
Inetpub directory was on another partition so I just told IIS that the
home folder was there. Since, I have not been able to load ASP pages.

I've seen this problem before but haven't learned how to fix it without
formatting yet. When replacing a motherboard in a Win2k (pro or server)
machine, Windows will not boot for the IDE controller is different from
the old motherboard, thus you get a blue screen that that error on it.
