Hi All
Just a thought. Try Microsoft Synctoy. Forget the name. It does the job with
a proper GUI and is considerably easier to use. You can even run a preview

Hi All
I tried to install BE 11 on Windows 2008 and it thought it was Vista and thus
greyed out all the server options!

I hate them too. Look on the bright side! They are secure in the ultimate as
they simply don't talk to MS networks properly!!! No chance of it ever being
hacked or getting a virus. Nothing including the user can get to it!!!

Hi All
I've seen that one too and it is required for SP1 to install. Fortunately
the standalone installer will not need it as it will be included but
otherwise you may have problems.

Hi all
Can I ask this question too please. The problem I have is that there in the
option to disable hibernate under power options but not the sleep function. You
can set it to never but that doesn't get it off the shutdown options. I would
like the Sleep option to not be visible on the shutdo
read in the new Redmond magazine. Still haven't gotten a
chance to work with 2008, but now that it's RTM... )

Hi All
I wonder if someone could advise me on a small problem I am having please. I
have built 2 Windows 2008 (RC1) Domain controllers (purely for testing under
Windows Virtual PC) in the same Domain and got them replicating just fine.
However, when working with 2003 a while ago I was able to g
Hi All
Roaming profiles have proved a nightmare for me. My main concern is
typically once a virus gets in to your network you have the perfect
mechanism for it to spread. For roaming profiles read roaming viruses. I
know it shouldn't happen but experience has told me if it can happen it
will,
