2000 printing

Hello I am having a problem with a printer. First off I have a 2000 network running in native mode. I did not set up this network and just started with this company, so I don’t know the layout to well. My problem is that I am trying to change the IP of a printer because it is in conflict with another printer. I have gone to all the servers and cannot see any of the printers except for the ones we have added to print to. Like I said before this is a 2000 network running AD and the print/file server is clustered.
