Hi Brian, the biggest thing to remember is ADSL in the UK has the 256K limit on upload stream and contention ratio of 20:1 where as leased line having conetion of 1:1, Public Ips are availble i got 8 out of UK ISP at a old employer at a struggle they really only want to give u 2-4 address) hope
