We are lucky to have a great ISP in town that actually cares about our connection. Unfortunately Verizon has the local line, so if it does go down, we are still at their mercy. Same goes for the new T-1 though...

I use ADSL for FTP, Exchange, web-surfing, etc. We have five public IPs. We recently got a T-1 line though and will be making some changes. We plan to use the DSL as a backup to the T-1, however.
