Does anyone have any information on how you can give/delegate permissions to make modifications in the Component Services control panel to a group/user? Our developers need the ability to do this, and it is one of those things that works if you are an administrator, but doesn't if you aren't. I am looking for a way to allow them to add/delete items under "COM+ Applications" in this control panel without making them an administrator.
