Hey List. Using Active Directory Users and Computers, I can create a user account with a home folder, and it does everything correctly, including setting the permissions for the folder for the user.
Now, I have a user who is adding users herself, and I have granted her the ability to add users to an OU. This was working correctly last year. As of this year, she is no longer able to set this up correctly. She creates the users and home folders do not get the permissions set. She has Full Control permissions on the underlying folder. She is not a member of the domain's "Administrators" or "Domain Admins" groups, and I hope to keep it that way.
