Greetings, The company uses windows 2003 DHCP and DNS.
There are users who use docking stations and frequently doc and undock. In this case there are two separate IP ranges and it appears that in a multiple dock and undock situation, DNS will be updated the first time but will wait for lease expiration for update the next. Is there an option to override this? They are considering disabling the DDNS on the wireless side. There is the ipconfig /registerdns but I think they don't want to tell users to do that....
