I am looking for a little help. As many of you are aware MS changed their Software Assurance site. It just so happens, that I am a new EA customer. I wanted to use the unlimited web tickets resource. In order to do that, I need to activate my benefits. However, due to a system failure on their end, I cannot. Is there any way to use the web ticket functionality without going through this process?
