+1. With any hardware, especially a firewall, I FIND a reason to create a trouble ticket to test drive the tech support BEFORE it makes it into production. Even if it's a mundane ticket, it gives you a chance to 'Kick the tires'. You can practice the procedures to contact support, document them,
