Sorry can't help (perhaps call the manufacturer). On a similar note, I am finding that my 19 LCD panels at work are starting to fail too. I wish they had the lasting power of the tubes. I guess we will find the right technology at some point. Luckily the last four have been under warranty, but

I like to stick with Dells. Unlike the ViewSonics and Phillips Magnavox monitors we have on hand: no failures in 3-4 years (knock on wood) and it's hard to beat the next business day advance replacement warranty. It really sucks to have to mail the monitor into them and wait 6 weeks or more to
