Seems like a Firewall or Name Resolution issue, at a glance.
I joined a Win7 RTM machine to my home domain last night and had no problems
with any connectivity. It was a clean x64 install.

You need to go to the Advanced Sharing page from the Network and Sharing Center
and select Turn in network disc
