I am doing this with "Backup Exec System Recovery" which is basically the same thing as Acronis (a live while windows is running "ghost" image). I do the initial backup to a local hard drive, and then copy those files over the WAN to a remote site. BESR has actually incorporated that feature into the later versions of the program (additional offsite copy), but I am still using ROBOCOPY for that part as it has been working fine.
