We use Mail Essentials, by www.gfi.com. It will do the blocking/filtering based on subject or message content and so far has really helped with most of the virus's. I filter and then use mail rules to send the quarantined fil
I'm more interested in checking for security leaks in sensitive outgoing
emails. not sex words and the like

You should also carefully evaluate your need for this. These things have
a tendency to stop more than just SPAM. Good emails will get caught as
well from time to time.

Trend has one that fits in with the scanmail but and crucial but
the content filtering with filter out stuff link Scuntville, Ireland.
You can figure the word it was filtering out.
If you are going to do this, have it move the messages instead of deleting.
