We have been using NET SatisFAXtion for many years with 4 lines using
Brooktrout (spelling) boards.

WE send about 900 and receive about 3,000 faxes per month, they are
automatically converted to pdf's and e-mailed to an account
Have used Facsys for years no problems

GFI Faxmaker is good. Captaris (formerly Right Fax) is fine also.

There are many. I have used Faxination with great success at my
previous employer. We provided our users with small Visioneer Strobe
scanners at their desktops, and anything that could be emailed could be
faxed - even in a single message.
GFI's product looked pretty good, too.
