You are going to have to use a syslog agent or maybe something like
Snare or others to forward the log to another system, but not a Win2k3
servers eventlog, only in 2k8 can you forward events,.

Are you talking about Event Log subscriptions which are only available in
Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008?
