Any OEM media will work, even generic OEM media from Newegg.

OEM media requires OEM
Why not call DELL and get the reinstall disk? License numbers are
version specific

Retail media requires Retail key.
Etc.
And I wouldn't trust any downloaded media unless it came directly from MS.
