You can install Hyper-V 2012 on a USB stick that presents as both a USB stick and as a hard drive. Otherwise, you have to go through a set of machinations. What the problem is, most likely, is you need to load the PERC drivers. Put THEM on a USB stick and load drivers during the boot process fro
