I doubt you'd have any success with the iLO as it was designed
specifically around HP/Compaq systems hardware, and I'd *guess* the same
about the DRAC and Dell ...
Although I really like the iLO on the HP Proliants as a means of remote
management, even down to the power switch with hardware off

iLO is an acronym, not just a product from HP. Sun uses it as well, mostly
(ILOM). HE was using the term to describe what he wanted, not a specific item.
